Preparatory to slated gubernatorial and state house of assembly elections, critical stakeholders including the All Progressives Congress, APC, National Chairman, Senator Abdullahi Adamu, Speaker of the Nasarawa State house of Assembly and other notable party’s leaders converged in Keffi for western stakeholders meeting held today being Thursday, 9th March 2023.
The meeting also had in attendance His Excellency, Engr. Abdullahi A. Sule, Executive Governor of Nasarawa State, National Chairman of APC Sen. Abdullahi Adamu and Rt.Hon. Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi the Speaker of the Nasarawa State House of Assembly, State APC Chairman Dr John Maman,Barr. Labaran Shuaibu Magaji, Commissioners, LG chairmen and past political leaders. among other stakeholders.
The unity meeting of western Senatorial Zone was a move by stakeholders to strengthen the party for victory ahead of Governorship and State Assembly Elections.
After the meeting Sen. Abdullahi Adamu led other APC Stakeholders to joined a rally at Keffi Square where the Social Democratic Party SDP collapsed its structure for Governor Abdullahi Sule calling on all its members to mobilize the people to vote for the APC Governor Engr. Abdullahi Sule in Saturday 18th March election.
