Kogi State Commissioner for Youth and Sports Development Hon. Musa Idris Danjuma (Oando) has called on Christians, Nigerians to rededicate themselves to the principles taught by Jesus Christ.
In his message to mark this year’s Christmas celebration, the Commissioner felicitated with the good people of Kogi State and Nigerians in general.
He noted that Christmas is a time for us to rededicate ourselves to the principles taught by Jesus, it’s a time to show genuine affection to each other, loving one another and to increase our compassion for each other. He stated that giving of gifts is symbolic of the love represented by Jesus Christ.
“let us extend our generosity to those who are less fortunate and our love ones, the sick, the lonely and the orphans.”
“I wish the people of Kogi State and Nigerians especially those of Christian Faith a very merry Christmas and an exciting and rewarding New Year.”
