Eid-El-Fitr: Orbih Felicitates Muslim Faithfuls, Calls For Tolerance

The PDP South South Chairman, Chief Dan Orbih, has felicitated with Muslims as they mark this year’s Eid-El-Fitr, that signify the end of the 30-days Ramadan fast. Chief Dan Orbih, in his Salah message on Monday, enjoined the Muslim faithful to sustain the virtues of the Ramadan. He stressed on the need for Muslims in Edo State and the entire South South zone to re-affirm their obedience to Allah’s injunctions as contained in the Holy Quran, and follow the teachings of the Holy Prophet, as well pray for the country’s leaders at all levels for Allah to continue to guide them in the course of discharging their responsibilities, especially this electioneering period.

Chief Dan Osi Orbih, the leader of PDP in the entire South South, also used the occasion of the festive period, to call on the people of the South South to continue to accommodate each other’s beliefs and values irrespective tribe, ethnic, religious and political affiliations in other to sustain peace, harmony, socio-cultural and economic prosperity of the zone.

Chief Dan Osi Orbih reassured the good people of the zone of his continuous determination towards championing of the ideals of an egalitarian society for the peaceful coexistence of all law-abiding citizens.
