Engr. Bashir Gegu Commiserates With FCT Minister of State Over Mother’s Death.
The Commissioner representing the Egbira Nation at the Kogi State Executive Council (SEC), Engr. Muhammed Abubakar Bashir Gegu, has commiserated with the Federal Capital Territory Minister of State, Hon. Dr. Hajiya Ramatu Tijanni Aliyu, over the demise of her mother, Hajiya Zainab Sidi Ali (Gogo).
Engr. Gegu in a statement on Wednesday, and made available to Global Times Nigeria, described the death of the State FCT Minister’s mother as a big loss to her and the family.
Global Time Nigeria had reports that the Minister’s mother passed on Tuesday night after a brief illness and her funeral is slated for today being Wednesday, 21, September 2022.
“The late Hajiya Hajiya Zainab Sidi Ali (Gogo) was a great woman and caring mother, who was a strong pillar of support for her children and loved ones, including our State Minister of FCT, Hajiya Ramatu Tijjani Aliyu.”
“We are pained by her death but we take solace in the fact that she was blessed with long life, which she spent in the service of her creator and humanity. She will be remembered for her righteousness and the impacts she made in the lives of people around her.”

Engr. Bashir Gegu who is the Commissioner for Solid Minerals and Natural Resources prayed to God to grant her eternal rest and grant the bereaved family the fortitude to bear the loss.
