Chairman of Delta State Chapter of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Olorogun Barr Kingsley Esiso has Congratulated the Executive Assistant to Delta Governor on Communications, Barrister Fred Nuvie Latimore Oghenesivbe on the occasion of his 60th birthday anniversary celebration on May 16.
