FCT Polls: Abaji APC Chairmanship Candidate Gets Campaign Media Crew.

A 20 members media campaign team has been constituted for the All Progressives Congress (APC) chairmanship candidate in Abaji Area Council, Hon Mohammed Angulu Loko, for the February 12, 2022 Council election in the area.

The 20 members media campaign team has Usman Mohammed Rabiu, as Chairman, Alhassan Ibrahim, Secretary General, Attahiru Abdullaziz Chiroma, Public Relation Officer (PRO) Abubakar Sani Mawogi, Organizing Secretary and Nurudeen Abdullahi Alaba and Luqman Yusuf, as Director of Photography and Adviser respectively.

Others included, Yahaya Ndaba, Abbas Salihu Master, Mohammed Attahiru, Adamu Musa, Mohammed Mustapha Mohammed, Hamza Mohammed Abdullahi Kasimu, Yahuza Usman, Bala Usman, Hassan Usman Ndayebo, Haruna Baba Nasiru and Usman Mohammed Rabiu as members of the media crew.

Speaking after constituting the members of the media crew on Monday, the campaign Director General for Hon Mohammed Angulu Loko, 2022, Alhaji Mohammed Angulu Bello, said the media crew was constituted to help in showcasing campaign activities of the APC chairmanship in the February 12, 2022 council election in the area.

He said the media crew will also be responsible for posting on social media especially through sensitizing, educating and enlightening of the electorates on facts and figures about the council chairmanship candidate and the party.

“You know since the primary election has come and gone, some supporters of the Chairmanship aspirants have been going on social media posting lies and all sorts of things just to cause tension and demoralized our supporters, which these crew will also go to counter their fake and lies they post on social media,” he said.

The APC Chairmanship Candidate, Hon Mohammed Angulu Loko, who later received the media crew at his private residence, commended his campaign Director General for constituting a media crew ahead of the council election in the area.

He, therefore, urged members of his media crew to be steadfast in giving full coverage of his campaign activities till after the election, saying media was very important in every democratic settings, while urging them to sit up and discharge their work intelligently.
