Former Imo Governor Rochas Okorocha Says He Represent Generation Change As He Hold Ramadan Iftar With G-36 In Abuja.

A former governor of Imo State, Senator representing Imo West Senatorial district at the 9th Nigerian Senate and President Rochas foundation: a platform he is using to provide free eduction for African children on Friday, hosted some Nigerian youths from the 36 states of the federation on the podium of G-36 on Ramadan Iftar.
The former Governor Owelle Rochas Anayo Okorocha received the group at exact 8:45 pm at the Unity House, Area 11, Garki, Abuja. He said his aimed to invite the young Nigerians to his Foundation house was to have an interface with them and more specially enter into partnership with them in areas of socio-economy development, sustainable peace, security, education, health care delivery, youth and women empowerment among others.
According to him, he has built school for most vulnerable Nigerians scatter all over the country to mitigate poverty and give room for access to free eduction.
“My family, specifically my children and property are situated in this country because I so much believed in Nigeria as our only country and we must work hard hard to ensure its succeed.”

“I hardly sleep because of recurring security challenge in this country. I am of the opinion that we should all buried our differences for national cohesion and while doing so we must do it with all form of sincerity of purpose with avoidance of sentiment in order to get things right in the right proportion.”
He praised the leader of the G36 for his commitment so far, adding that he has done him proud since they met a month ago and promised to carried them along in the scheme of activities in the foundation.
Leader of the delegation and president G36 Mallam Muhammad Muhammad Muhammad Bose, commended the former Governor for improving on socio-economy activities with direct bearing to most vulnerable Nigerians and not minding the religion, party and tribe one belong to before getting favour from him and owing to the fact that he is easterner who so much believed in this country to succeed.
Bose also told the former Governor that the G36 under his leadership has members across the 36 states of the federation and including FCT, Abuja whose aimed was to joined Rochas build a new Nigeria devoid of sentiment, rancour, disunity, corruption and insecurity and among others.

He congratulated Rochas for successfully served the good people of Imo State and still doing while he represent one of the Senatorial Districts in the State.
Global Time Nigeria report that the event had in attendance all the aides of the former Governor, his staff, family members, well-wishers and party stalwarts.
Also presence during the event was all states coordinators from the 36 state of the federation and including zonal coordinators from the North Central (NC), North East (NE), North West (NW), South West (SW), South East (SE) and South (SS).
The meeting feature Ramadan Iftar with G-36 where the former Governor and his team joined the young Nigerians for the special feeding program.

Recalled, He is married to Nneoma Nkechi Okorocha and together they have 6 children (3 girls and 3 boys); Uloma Rochas Nwosu, Uju Rochas-Anwuka, Uchechi Rochas, Aham Rochas, Amen Rochas and Amam Rochas.
Owelle Rochas Anayo Okorocha (born 22 September 1962) is a Nigerian philanthropist and politician of Igbo extraction from Imo State. He is the Senator representing Imo West Senatorial district at the 9th Nigerian Senate. He is also the former Governor of Imo State.
