Former Speaker Balarabe made triumphant entry to his country home Umaisha, Toto LG
….Meets Paramount Ruler Ohimegye Panda, forum of traditional rulers, others.
…Insists Gov Sule will rule til 2027 and handover to another APC administration.

The immediate past Speaker, Nasarawa State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon Ibrahim Abdullahi Balarabe on Sunday continued with his official visit to Toto local government area a day after commissioning some projects in Gadabuke and Toto districts.
Rt. Hon Abdullahi Balarabe on arrival to Toto was received by a delegation comprising State, LG appointees and stalwarts headed by the Executive Chairman of Toto LGC, Hon Aliyu Abdullahi Tashas.
Rt. Hon Balarabe who represented Umaisha/Ugya State constituency visited the Chairman Toto LG traditional Council of chiefs and Ohimegye Opanda, Umaisha development area, HRM. Alhaji Usman Abdullahi for his royal blessing.
Rt. Hon Balarabe was received by Ohimegye Opanda at exact 12:08 pm at his palace on Sunday.
Ohimegye said he was consoled receiving his son after the appeal court judgement, saying he has serve diligently for the sake of his people and humanity
After few minutes with Ohimegye in council, they both went inside for continue private discussion even as the paramount ruler said it was a father to son meeting.
The former Speaker led a mammoth crowd on a condolence visit to late Alhaji Aliyu Maigoro’s residence to consoled the family members left behind.
He prayed God to grant the deceased Alhaji Aliyu Maigoro eternal rest with paradise and as well give the family the fortitude to bear the irreparable lost
He described late Pa Maigoro as an icon of peace adding that he will be remembered for his good advised.
At his residence, Rt. Hon Balarabe addressed mammoth crowd in presence of the Toto LGC Chairman, Hon Aliyu Abdullahi Tashas, Deputy Chairman, Hon Abubakar Haruna Kwanakis, Toto LG APC, Chairman, Alhaji Shuaibu Ahmed, Speaker Toto LGC legislative arm, Rt. Hon Abdullahi A Ayizimazi, State, LG appointees and host of party exco.
He appealed to his supporters to continue to maintain peace, saying with peace there will always be progress.
He commended APC supporters from Gadabuke, Toto and especially Umaisha development area for keeping faith with the party.
He said Toto LG as whole benefitted from the adminstration of Engineer Sule and hence to continue with the support.
Balarabe revealed that his adminstration was full of impact despite the appeal court ruling terminating his mandate.
He therefore urged his people to shows more support to governing All Progressives Congress, APC, under the administration Governor Abdullahi Sule.
Receiving forum of traditional forum from various communities in Umaisha led by Chief of Iggi HRH. Ibrahim Abdullahi said they were in Umaisha town to welcome their political leader home.
Alhaji Ibrahim Abdullahi said they were also here on the instruction of the Paramount ruler and Ohimegye in council, HRM. Alhaji Usman Abdullahi whom they’re all answerable to and will continue to be guided with his wisdom.
On his part, Rt. Hon Balarabe Abdullahi thanked them for always standing by him before, during and after election.
He said he was able to get to this level because of their support and guidance they gave him over the years, assuring that he will remain whom he is: ‘Nothing will be added and removed’ former Speaker said.
Alhaji Balarabe who is the political leader of Toto LG assured his people and guests who besieqe Umaisha that he was just starting politics and will continue to serve his people diligently in any capacity.
Several groups comprising different tribes within and outside Umaisha also visited their political leader and assured of support and loyalty.
