Torrents of commendations have been poured on the State Auditor General, Alhaji Yakubu Yusuf Okala for the provision of two hundred and fifty thousand liters of motorized boreholes to the Ajiolo- Ojaji community in the Dekina local government area.
The Community’s Chiefs and Leaders, James Ikani, Yakubu Okolofo, Jibrin Alabi, Boboyi Alfa, Ibrahim Danjuma, and the Chief Imam of the community, Sheikh Alidu Abuh gave the commendations when they took delivery of a multi-million naira electronically propelled borehole Project single-handedly sponsored by their illustrious son and the state Audit General, Alhaji Yakubu Okala.
They disclosed that the gesture from their son has gone a long way to assuage the acute of potable drinking water facing them as the children and Women searching for drinking have been addressed by the action of Alhaji Yusuf Yakubu Okala.
They showered encomiums on Governor Yahaya Bello for appointing Alhaji Yusuf Yakubu Okala to serve in his cabinet asserting that he has represented him well as he continues to invest in the citizens and areas.
In their words: Yusuf Yakubu Okala has influenced several projects, especially the siting of digital primary and secondary schools in our communities and we want to assure the Governor, Alh. Yahaya Bello of our unalloyed Support to his presidential aspiration come Monday’s primaries, they quipped”.
In a related development, the citizens of Olofu, Ajagwomu, Ogbadu, and Agbenema communities of Dekina local government areas have praised Kogi state Audit General, YY Okala for the provision of a 500KVA Transformer to solve the epileptic power supply to their communities.
Spokesmen for the communities, Aduku Omachi, and Ibrahim Hassan the Youth leader of Olofu applauded Yusuf Yakubu Okala for addressing the challenge of none available electricity to their areas in the last four years.
They commended Governor Yahaya Bello for appointing their illustrious son of Alh.YY Okala to the rank of the Auditor General of Kogi state and expressed their unfettered support to the present administration by living in peace and unity with one another.

Yusuf Yakubu Okala who was represented by his Assistant, Abdullahi Suleiman the donations of the transformer and the motorized borehole Projects are geared towards mitigating the pang of untold hardship the people experience as a result of the lack of existence of social amenities in the areas and serve as a catalyst to fast-track meaningful development to rural areas in the state.
The State Auditor General urged the citizens to give their undiluted support and cooperation to the present administration especially the Governor’s presidential aspiration ahead of the next week’s national delegates convention to emerge as the flag bearer of the governing party, All Progressives Congress.
