Gwagwalada council chair assures PCC commissioner of working in synergy
The Chairman of the Gwagwalada area council in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Alhaji Abubakar Jibrin Giri, has pledged his administration’s determination to work closely with the Public Complaints Commission (PCC) to provide dividends of democracy to the entire good people of the council.
Giri, pledged when he received the commissioner of PCC, representing the FCT, Hon Ezikel Dalhattu Musa, who was on a courtesy call to his office on Wednesday.
He said the provision of viable amenities such as a good access road network, portable drinking water, electricity and among other infrastructures to the electorates are part of his administration agenda.

He, therefore, commended the commissioner for taking time out of his tight schedule to visit him, assuring that his doors are always wide open to accommodate any issue for the betterment of the good people of the council.
The chairman encouraged politicians across party lines to unite and ensure good governance irrespective of tribe, political, religious or ethnic affiliations.

Earlier, the FCT commissioner for Public Complaints Commission (PCC), Comrade Dalhatu Ezekiel Musa, informed the council chairman that the visit was premised on his continuous move to ensure synergy between the commission and the stakeholders across the FCT.

He noted that the synergy will enhance a smooth working relationship towards addressing intriguing concerns raised by individuals across the FCT.
He appreciated the council chairman for the warm reception accorded to him, assuring him of the commission’s partnership in tackling issues that affect the good people of the council.
