The Executive Chairman of the Toto local government area council of Nasarawa State, Honourable Aliyu Abdullahi Tashas has been commended for his inclusive leadership style which has endeared him more to the people of the area.

The Chairman Toto traditional council of chiefs, HRH. Alhaji Muhammed Umar Azaki and the Onah Toto Chiefdom praised the leadership style of the council Chairman in the sustenance of peace among other things.

The monarch gave this assertion when he attended the swearing ceremony of newly appointed supervisory councilors and other council officials in Toto LGC Secretariat, Monday 27, June 2022.

He said, Hon. Aliyu Abdullahi Tasha’s ability to show respect for traditional institutions was among other things that stand him out.

According to him, the people’s Chairman has shown the capacity and was able to restore lost glory within the shortest time he assume office.

He stated further that he is not a politician but a father to all who have been watching him closely since he came on onboard as Executive Chairman of the council.

“The Chairman is committed to working for everlasting peace, he has been involving traditional rulers for anything that has to do with development.”

While congratulating the newly appointed council officials Onah tasked them to deploy their wealth of experience to ensure this present administration succeeds having started a good.

He described Hon. Aliyu Abdullahi Tashas as a detribalized leader, focus and determine to build a new Toto LG.

Global Times Nigeria report that the occasion had in attendance Nasarawa West APC Senatorial aspirant for 2023 election, Barr. Labaran Shuaibu Magaji, State appointees, councilors, Vice Chairman of Toto LG, Council Secretary, DPM and representatives from 12 electoral ward of Toto LG.
