The Omachi Atta Igala’, Chief Kashim Akor has challenged the winners of igala beauty pageants both in Ankpa and Igala land to demonstrate the flare to continue to effect positive changes in our society.

Dr Akor dropped the advise when the current winners of multiple beauty pageants paid him a courtesy and thank you visit in his residence at Ankpa on Monday.

The Omachi Atta Igala’ assured the current winners and prospective contestants in the subsequent years of his supports anytime, any day, saying the entertainment industry is now the vogue world over.

Aside been in vogue, Dr Kashim Akor said it will discourage Idleness, lack of productivity, discourage negative tendencies, stating that an idle mind is always the devil’s workshop.

He urged them to go all out to explore the entertainment industry, assuring them of supports and by extension that of his friends and well wishers.

Chief Kashim Akor described culture as the bane of the survival of every tradition and tribe, promising to continue to support all good innovations and initiatives that can transform Ankpa kingdom.

The Omachi Atta Igala’ says the entertainment industry is not only for the sake of keeping body and soul busy, both is capable of re-awakening cultural beliefs, practices, re-orientation and development that will inturn attract progress and development to our society.

Dr Akor wished them a happy tenure, celebration and happy new year, saying good tidings will herald the new year.
