A statement duly signed and made available to Global Times Nigeria on Saturday by Jameel Musa, Media Assistant to the lawmaker representing Toto/Gadabuke constituency, Hon Usman Labaran Shafa praised the philanthropist gesture towards adding value to the society and his host community.
Dr. Faisal Shuaib, who is the Executive Director, National Primary Health Care Development Agency (NPHCDA), attracted meaningful development to his host community such as clinic, Glo network provider and among other.
He have also secured appointments to hundreds of youths across the country irrespective of religion, tribe and social considerations.
The lawmaker while commending Dr. Faisal’s gesture, adding that his leadership is rare.
Hon. Labaran Usman Shafa, is the chairman house committee on health at the Nasarawa State House of Assembly, made the remark in Shafa-Kwotto, the electoral ward headquarter at an event to installed a Glo network provider in the area.
Our correspondent who was on ground report that the event was peaceful and orderly as sons and daughters including traditional rulers, community leaders were in attendance.
“I’m expressing our gratitude to Dr Faisal Shuaib and other prominent sons of Shafa kwotto for their uncompromising services and spirit accomplishment rendered”.
“Let me use this medium to appreciate you more on behalf of the good people of Shafa kwotto, for your brilliance response to distress and unflinching commitment to the network plight, youths empowerment and predicaments of our community.
“I’m unreservedly soliciting for more gesture from the state government under the leadership of his Excellency Engr A. A Sule, especially on projects beging for urgent attention, like road construction and economic development programmes and other social facilities desired to transform Shafa kwotto and Toto local government at large”.
“Mr Governor, we are ideally proud of your administrative strives and sacrifices towards the actualization of the (THEMES AGENDA) and effort towards deploying military troops to Toto local government in other ensure adequate peace in the area.
May the Almighty Allah continue to strengthen you, Sir.”

The lawmaker also praised some of the community leaders dead and alive which as follow: Late lieutenant Suleiman Aboki, Late Engr Musa Bagobiri, Mallam Bako Ibrahim (SHAKDA President), Dr Yahaya Adamu( CMD), Alh Yahaya Osada, Hon Saidu Galadima Former NSHA member, Alh Salihu Ohis, Alh Dr Zakari O Sani, Late Mallam salihu Adamu(HM), Abdullahi Salihu Ndakinze, Adamu Amore, Late Jibrin Adamu, Jibrin Gomna, Ibrahim Bingila, Gani Shafa, Abdulraham Shuaibu and others for contributing their qouta to the development of shafa kwatto and Toto LG at large.
