As part of Activities marking the Ramadan fast, Muslim Umah of the Nasarawa State House of Assembly, has commenced Ramadan Tafsir today Monday with tasked on believers to redouble efforts in their worship to God.

Sheikh Muhammed Muhammed Sarki the Chief Imam of JIBWIS Mosque, Super Cinema Lafia, who presided over the Tafsir for the Nasarawa State House of Assembly called on Muslim to ensure that they attend Ramadan Tafsir considering the enormous benefits associated with it.

The Clergy observed that is not all Muslims had the opportunity to witness this year’s Ramadan, hence the need for those who are privileged to take part in the exercise should ensure that they participate fully in many of the activities associated with the holy month especially, attending and listening to Ramadan Tafsir.

Sheikh Muhammed Muhammed Sarki who told the Muslim community of the State Assembly that the Ramadan Tafsir will be holding daily after Zuhur prayers between One O’clock to two thirty in the afternoon enjoined them to attend and gain the reward associated with it.

On his part, Danladi Suleiman Gyabo, the Chief Imam of the State Assembly Mosque and Staff Officer of the House welcomed the Muslim community to this year’s Ramadan fast and Tafsir, calling on believers to ensure they attend the Tafsir to gain its reward just as he prayed God for a successful Ramadan fast.
