The board and management of Joint Professional Support International (JPTS) is to establish a private University in Abaji area council of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
President of JPTS, Prof Christopher Imumolen, disclosed this when he led some board and management of the institute on a courtesy visit to the Ona of Abaji and chairman of the FCT council of chiefs, His Royal Majesty (HRM), Alhaji Adamu Baba Yunusa, at his palace on Friday.

He said the purpose of the management visit to the monarch was to see how the institute will partner with Abaji area council in the area of education, security support and rural infrastructures.
He told the monarch that the institute has been into philanthropic gesture across the country in the area scholarship award and rural electrification over 15 years ago.
According to him, JPTS is a professional training institute which has been bridging the gap over the years by training and providing certification in Health and Safety Management, Environmental Safety Management, Quality Management, and other fields.
Prof Imomulen, further said the institute has set up Universities across some states in the country, even as he promised to make the monarch as pioneer chancellor of the University.
Prof Imomulen, who is also convener of NSURE INITIATIVE: Nigerians for Sustainability and Restoration Initiative.
Responding, the Ona of Abaji, Alhaji Adamu Baba Yunusa, appreciated board chairman of JPTS for the visit, while assuring that he will donate a piece of land to commence the establishing of the University.
He commended him for his philanthropic gesture and prayed for God to continue guide and protect him.
Our correspondent report that the JTPS chairman, also donated an undisclosed sums of money to the Abaji police division for the repair of the broken down Armoured Police Courier (APC) in the area.
