Just In: Kpakpazi/Ekpuruca Community lauds GYB for upgrade of traditional stool, visits Engr. Bashir Gegu
……Assures of bloc vote for Ododo/Oyibo.

The people of Kogi local government area of the state has remained resolute towards actualization of present All Progressives Congress, APC, mission and vision under the pragmatic administration Alhaji Yahaya Bello, the Executive Governor of Kogi State.
The people of the area are also saying they never had it so good as it’s presently happening, where their community is secured against criminal elements, empowerment and employment of industrious sons and daughters of Kogi LG among others
On Thursday, the people of Kpakpazi/Ekpuruca community paid a solidarity and thank you visit to their political leader and state commissioner for Solid minerals and natural resources, Hon (Engr) Muhammed Abubakar Bashir Gegu whom they described as emancipator and the best thing that had eve happened in history of Kogi LG.
Hon IU lawal, leader of the delegation and chief of staff to the most Rt. Honourable Speaker of the Kogi State House of Assembly disclosed that the the group were at the Commissioner’s residence to thanked Governor Yahaya Bello for finding their chiefdom worthy for elevation, assuring him of their continued support especially ensuring Ododo Ahmed Usman is elected during the upcoming election.
The delegation comprising youths, women and elders noted that they had since commenced house to house campaign to justify the confidence reposed on their community.
Responding, the state commissioner for solid minerals and natural resources, Engr. Muhammed Abubakar Bashir Gegu thanked the Kpakpazi/Ekpurucu community for coming, saying the government of Alhaji Yahaya Bello has done so much for Kogi LG ranging from infrastructural development, security, education, health care facility, empowerment and employment of industrious sons and daughters were enough reason to rallied support the government in order to do more.
The engineer cum politician explained that the upgrade of traditional stools across the state was to balance political equation in the State.
Engineer Gegu however, charged the people of Kogi LG to go out and campaign vigorously for APC’s Ododo in order to achieve more dividends of democracy.
