KOBA congratulates Keffi Emir over new appointment as Chancellor Shehu Shagari University, Sokoto.
Keffi Old Boys Association ( KOBA), the Old Students of Government College Keffi, Nasarawa State has identified with one of its prominent member, His Royal Highness, Dr Shehu Chindo Yamusa 111, the Emir of Keffi, Nasarawa State on his appointment as Chancellor, Shehu Shagari University of Education, Tambuwal, Sokoto State By Gov. Aminu Waziri Tambuwal.
This was contained in a statement signed and issued to Journalists in Lafia the State Capital by the Nasarawa State Chapter KOBA President, Arc. Umar Shittu.
Shittu described the appointment of the Emir of Keffi as well deserved considering his wealth of experience and knowledge in the education sector.

Umar Shittu, the Nasarawa State President of KOBA wishes to congratulate our member and His Royal Highness, Dr Shehu Chindo Yamusa 111, the Emir of Keffi on his appointment as Chancellor, Shehu Shagari University of Education, Tambuwal Sokoto State by the Sokoto State Governor, His Excellency Alh. Aminu Waziri Tambuwal.
” We are happy over your appointment and may God give you sound health and wisdom to discharge your duties well” the statement reads in parts.
The KOBA President prayed and wished the Emir of a successful tenure.
He also commended Gov. Tambuwal for finding one of their own worthy of the appointment.
It would be reported that Gov. Tambuwal on May 24th, 2023 has appointed Emir of Keffi, Dr Shehu Chindo Yamusa 111 as Chancellor of Shehu Shagari University of Education Tambuwal Sokoto State for a tenure of 5 years.
