Kogi APC Guber aspirant Shuaibu Audu congratulates Asiwaju Tinubu on electoral victory

A chieftain of the governing All Progressives Congress, APC, in Kogi state and governorship aspirant of the party in November election, Prince Shuaibu Abubakar Audu has congratulated the newly elected President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu/and Vice President elect Kashim Shettima.

In a statement he issued in Lokoja, the Kogi State capital while congratulating Nigerians for the victory of Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Senator Kashim Shettima as president and vice- president-elect, respectively, describing their victory at the poll as well deserved.

“I truly believe Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu deserves to be congratulated by all Nigerians. It is a victory well deserved,” he said

He said, “The 2023 presidential election represents the greatest election ever in Nigeria and the hero and winner is no other than Tinubu.”

The APC governorship aspirant praised Tinubu for being a leader with uncommon traits of leadership whose experience made him to grow above political tantrums and attacks.

He recalled how despite all the hurdles thrown on his path, Tinubu remained calm, consistent and resolute until the end.

“There was never a bad word or anger. He maintained a statesmanly stature to the finishing line.

“As the problems were multiplying, his voice was added to the voices of our elder statesmen in asking his followers, Lagos his state taken over by the Labour Party and all APC members, to remain calm and keep the peace.

“Asiwaju’s acceptance speech in itself is a masterpiece, the best so far in Nigeria. He was magnanimous in victory by calling on his fellow contestants to join him to build a greater Nigeria. All his words were those of a great statesman who knows what he is doing and who seems to already know what his country needs to move to greater heights.

“The APC is lucky to have him. We will continue to pray to God to give him the wisdom and strength to do what is right for our dear country,” he said.
