Kogi Flood Victims Receives Succour From President Wife, Aisha Buhari

In her efforts to put smile on the faces of flood Victims in Kogi State, Mrs Aisha Buhari’s pet project (Future Assured) has distributed relief materials to flood victims in Sabon-Gari Primary school in Akpaku, Okpaka camp Koton-Karfe area in Kogi State
The president’s wife who was ably represented by the Kogi State governor’s wife, Rashida Yahaya Bello, expressed sadness over the number of families whose houses were affected by the ravage flood.
While distributing the items she stated that Buhari’s led administration assured to consolidate on the good works of making Nigeria greater.
Some of the relief materials distributed to the flood victims are: Condiments, Food stuffs, Blankets, Toiletries and Cosmetics among others.
Muhammad Usman who on behalf of the flood victims appreciated the first lady of Nigeria and the first lady of kogi state for their kind gestures.
Her Excellency, Mrs Rashida Yahaya Bello was accompanied by the Secretary to the State Government, Dr. Mrs Folashade Ayoade Arike, Commissioner for Women Affairs,Hon. Mrs Fatima Kabir Buba, Wife of former Administrator of Kogi LG, Hajiya Halimat Muhammed Tanko and host of other dignitaries.
