Kogi Guber: Kogi LGA unites for Ododo to be Governor come November.

Determined to ensure that the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for the November Governorship election, Ododo Ahmed Usman, wins the election landslide, APC leaders of the various groups in Kogi local government area have finally resolved to be united.
The APC leader in Kogi local government area and Commissioner of Solid Minerals and Natural Resources Engr. Mohammed Abubakar Bashir Gegu, disclosed on Sunday while playing host to a mobilisation group the “Ododo Frontiers.”
He said all the leaders, Stakeholders, women,Youths, both at home and in diaspora are very much united and ready to support the candidature of Ododo, whom he described as a very good and humble,ready to carry the people of the area along.
The group led by Alhaji Abdullahi Yusuf Ohikwura, the Treasurer Kogi local government Council, said their visit to the Commissioner was to register Solidarity with the APC Governorship candidate and expressed commitment to his aspiration.
Engr. Abubakar Mohammed Bashir Gegu who thanked the group and others for their cooperation and commitment disclosed that Kogi local government leadership of the ruling party has resolved to come together to solidify the movement towards total victory for the party come November 2023 Governorship election.
He commended the stakeholders, leaders and members of the various groups in the struggle for the enthronement of a people oriented government mentored by a trusted leader like the state Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello.
Gegu assured that the incoming administration under the leadership of Ododo Usman Ahmed will be very beneficial to the people of Kogi local government, just as that of Yahaya Bello.
Abdullahi Yusuf Ohikwura, leader of the delegation of the Ododo Frontiers promised that the group in collaboration with others are set to work relentlessly to ensure victory for the APC and its candidate Alhaji Ododo Ahmed Usman, adding that struggle will be carried out according to the known rules of the game and decorum.
