Late Maiduniya was an accomplished Community Leader who lived a fulfilled life for 104 Years – Says Nasarawa Speaker
Speaker, Nasarawa State House of Assembly, Alhaji Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi has visited the family residence of late Mallam Usman Maiduniya who died in the early hours of today.
The Speaker, Balarabe Abdullahi who condoled with the family in Lafia today urged them to see his demise as an act of God and continued to pray for him to have eternal rest.
Speaker Balarabe Abdullahi said at 104 years on earth, Maiduniya has lived a great and fulfilled life and prayed to God to give him paradise and console the family.
It was gathered that the Speaker was accompanied during the visit by Hon Usman Labaran Shafa Member Representing Toto /Gadabuke at the State Assembly.
Nuhu Taila the eldest son of the deceased who responded on behalf of the family thanked the Speaker for identifying with the family saying his visit has comforted them and prayed to God to reward him.
Our correspondent report that Mallam Usman Maiduniya, a father of Musa Maiduniya who is also the official photographer with the Nasarawa State House of Assembly died in the early hours of today at the age of 104 as a result of a brief illness.
