March 11 Election: Nasarawa Lawmaker, Alkali seeks support for Gov. Sule’s reelection bid

The Deputy Chief Whip of Nasarawa State House of Assembly and member representing Lafia North Constituency Hon. Muhammed Ibrahim Alkali has drummed for more support to the reelection bid of Governor Abdullahi Sule in the 11th of this month election.

The lawmaker and Chairman House Committee on LG who is also seeking for reelection to represent his people is equally conversing support for himself during the election.

Hon. Alkali who holds the traditional title of Talban Arikya was speaking during a separate meeting with Local Government staff from his constituency and Hausa/Fulani communities.

The lawmaker who spoke extensively on his achievements and that of Governor Abdullahi Sule urged the people on the need to see reasons to reelect him and the Governor for consolidation and more democratic dividends.

He appreciated the people for the support he has gotten from them over the years and called on them to build on that thus reassuring them that he and the Governor will continue to do their best for them beyond 2023 if given another mandate.

Leader of the LG staff who is the NULGE Chairman of Lafia East Development Area Mr Luka Obaba Obenu and other speakers at the gathering as well as the representatives of the Hausa and Fulani communities separately commended the lawmaker for his effort so far.

They assured him that their votes are intact for him and for Governor Sule during this month’s election just as they prayed God to see them through success.
