….. Vows to deliver 2/2 on saturday, March 11 polls.
Akye youth and women of Lafia East Development Area met today at Sandaji Hotel Lafia to pledge their readiness to deliver Hon Ibrahim Mohammed Alkali, member representing Lafia North constituency at the Nasarawa State House of Assembly.
They have also pledged to deliver Gov. Abdullahi Sule at the poll due to his developmental strides in almost all sectors of economy in the state.
Hon. Ali M. Saidu, Former Councilorship Aspirant for Ashige electoral ward 1, who spoke at the political gathering said they have passed vote of confidence on the two leaders due to their developmental strides.
Saidu thanked Hon Alkali for his quality representation and called for its sustenance, if voted for another term come March 11th election.
” You have done well and we will support you to succeed in the election.
” This is to enable us enjoy more dividends of democracy,” he said.
The leader of the team appealed to Hon Alkali to bring more dividends of democracy to their various communities, if elected for another term.
Besides, the youths and women have endorsed Hon Alkali and Engr. Abdullahi Sule as their candidates in the upcoming election,
They said that the duo endorsements is for continuity and consolidation as well as for the overall development of the constituency and the state at large.
They described Hon. Alkali as the most competent and accessible leader to represent the good people of Lafia North Constituency assuring him of their total support.
Responding, Hon Ibrahim Mohammed Alkali, member representing Lafia North constituency appreciated them for the support and endorsement.
Hon Alkali assured them of continous purposeful leadership.
He urged them to mobilise support for himself and Gov Abdullahi Sule.
It would be reported that the meeting had in attendance Alhaji Abdullahi Yakubu Ugah, Former commissioner, Water Resources, Hon. Yakubu Garba Magaji, former Commissioner Local Government and Hon. Usman Abdullahi Ugah, Special Assistant to the Executive Governor of Nasarawa State.
The stakeholders also assured Hon Alkali of their total loyalty and support to succeed.
