May 29: Abia APC Stalwart, Nyerere Anyim congratulates Tinubu/Shettima on inauguration

The southeast representative at the National Pension Commission (PENCOM), and founding member of the All Progressives Congress in Abia state, Dr Nyerere Chinenye Anyim, has congratulated a former Governor of Lagos state, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, on his inauguration as the new President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria fixed for today 29th May, 2023.
He also felicitated with an Ex-Borno Governor, Senator Ibrahim Shettima on his formal swearing-in, as the new Nigerian vice President-elect.
In a goodwill message made available to newsmen on Monday morning in Aba, Dr Anyim, who was also the 2015 governorship candidate of the All Progressive Congress (APC),
noted that the new Nigerian leader’s had demonstrated capacities and competence which ushered in, visible socio economic and infrastructural strides in Lagos and Borno respectively.
The Abia party stalwart said, “it is undisputable that the soon-to-be inaugurated Nigerian leader’s will replicate same uncommon feats when fully assumed office today.
“Am assuring Nigerian people that Tinubu and Shettima will further raise the bar in human empowerment and development; the nation’s economy and critical infrastructure, which are tilted in enhancing welfare of Nigerian populaces, and also engender rapid transformations in every stratas of the country”.
While emphasizing on leadership acumen of the new Nigerian leaders as they ascend the revered presidential seat of the nation, Dr Anyim, equally an erstwhile national vice-chairman of the APC southeast zone, also called on the citizens at home and in diaspora, to render maximum support and cooperations to Tinubu and Shettima, so as to enable them succeed in their lofty and visionary agendas for the country.
According to APC founding member, “on behalf of my family, the Abia APC chapter, associates and teeming mammoth supporters across the 17 local government areas in Abia state, once again applauds Senator Ahmed Bola Tinubu, on his auspicious swearing in as the new president of the federal republic of Nigeria which is taking place today in FCT Abuja.
“And also, i would also want to use this great medium to pray to almighty God to grant Asiwaju, strengths, wisdom, guidance and directions in steering the affairs of our dear country, called Nigeria”.
On Abia state, Dr Nyerere Anyim reminded the newly elected Governor of the state, Alex Otti on the daunting challenges and onerous tasks in tackling myriads of challenges besetting Abia state, advising him to see his recent election as state governor, as that of call for quality service to God and humanity.

He further urged Otti to run an all-inclusive government and jettison the tendency wherein, the steering of affairs of the state will b shrouded on political backgrounds.
Anyim further admonished people of Abia state to continue to pray fervently for the genuine development and progress of the state for our overall good.
