Mother’s death: Liberia VP, Shettima, Tinubu’s Wife, others Condole FCT Minister of State, Dr. Ramatu Tijjani Aliyu in Abuja.
Over two weeks after the passing and successfully burial sites of the Sidi Ali matriarch, Hajiya Zainab Sidi Ali, condolences are still pouring in to the family members, with the Liberian Vice President, His Excellency, Jewel Taylor, APC Vice Presidential candidate, Senator Kashim Shettima, wife of the APC Presidential candidate, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, and Hajiya Nana Shettima, being the latest.
At the residence of the ministerFCT Minister, Dr Ramatu Tijjani Aliyu, Liberia VP, HE Jewel Taylor and Kashim Shettima , the Liberia Vice President, Taylor prayed for peace to be restored in the heart of the bereaved family especially the FCT Minister of State.
“May peace be in your heart because your mother is in a better place,” she prayed.
On his part, the All Progressives Congress vice presidential candidate, Senator Kashim Shettima, who led a delegation from the Tinubu’s camp described the minister as true amazon of the party, just as he extolled the virtues of the Late Hajiya Zainab Sidi Ali.
In a press released issued by Austine Elemue, S.A Media To FCT Minister of State, October 5, 2022, indicating that Shettima,l spoke on behalf of Senator Ahmed Tinubu, encouraged Aliyu, to take solace in the legacies laid down by her late mother.
He prayed that Allah grants her soul external rest and the family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss, while stating that the presidential candidate would personally visit the family on his return from London.
According to him, “Insha Allah, when he comes back from London, we’ll pay another visit but right here we came with Her Excellency Senator Oluremi Tinubu, the incoming First Lady Insha Allah, and others.
“We condole you on behalf of Ashiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinibu. He said we should convey his personal regards and condolences.
He also acknowledged the contributions of the Aliyu, towards the successes so far recorded by the party, adding that the presidential candidate “knew the role you played and he truly appreciate the role you played in the convention of the party and after the convention.
“As rightly said by many, you are truly an Amazon. We truly appreciate all your efforts and want to thank Aminu Tijani for providing the cover for all his support,” he stressed.
