Nasarawa: Appoint Isimbabi As Nasarawa SSG,  Toto LG Youths Urges Gov Sule, Says Their Huge Electoral Strengths Should Be Consider.

Following the sacked of the former Secretary to the Government of Nasarawa State, SSG, for mismanaging 1 Billion naira school projects, Alhaji Aliyu Tijani Ahmed.

A Coalition of Toto Local Government Youths comprises of all the ethnic groups on Tuesday urged Governor Abdullahi A Sule to include more youth in his cabinet as promised during his 2019 electionerring campaign.

The group made their position known in a statement signed by its leaders Mallam Abubakar Sadiq and Mr. Bulus Madaki Chairman and Secretary respectively.

The Governor had on Monday approved the relieve of the former SSG following a resolution of the state house of Assembly urging the Governor to sacked the former SSG over his indictment into the school projects fraud.

The group said the people of Toto LG have worked so hard to ensure the emergence of Governor Abdullahi A Sule before, during election and will continue to accord all necessary support to his administration.

”We are watching as the process unfold whether the Governor will remember the promise he made during the campaign where he said Toto LG will benefits from his administration. The group said it hoped a leader like Hon. Mohammed Garba Isimbabi will emerge as SSG for Nasarawa State.
It added that anything short of this will be ”rejected by the youths of the area”.

The group also draw the attention of the Governor to series of problems ranging from Banditry attacks, criminality, lack of social Amenities like electricity, banking facility, health system and high institution of learning should urgently be visited.

The group also appeal to the Governor to look into their roads that is a death trap from Abaji-Ukya-Toto to Nasarawa-Keffi roads respectively.

Recalled that Toto LG was the second highest produced election results for Governor Abdullahi A Sule after Lafia the State capital that came first.

Isimbabi is a former National Assembly aspirant, a committed party chieftain, who hails from Shafa-Abakpa electoral ward in Toto LG of the State.
