The leadership of the Nasarawa State House of Assembly has condoled with the staff and management of one of the leading newspapers in Nigeria the Leadership Newspaper over the demise of its publishers Chief Sam Nda-Isaiah.

A statement by Chairman Nasarawa State House of Assembly Committee on Information Hon. Mohammed Adamu Omadefu described his death as colossal and big blow not only to the Leadership Group but the media and Nigeria in general and prayed God to forgive his shortcomings and reward his good deeds.

Hon.Omadefu (APC Keana) said the Nasarawa State House of Assembly as an institution received with great shock the news of the demise of the media icon and a great citizen of Nigeria who has contributed immensely to the peace,unity and sustenance of democracy in the country.

“Mr Speaker,principal officers and other members of the house were deeply touched as we had the bad news this morning and it is on this note that on behalf of the Speaker and entire members of the Nasarawa State House of Assembly I send our heartfelt condolences to the leadership group over this painful exit.

Omadefu who described death as a necessary end to every mortal enjoined his family,friends and associates to see his exit as an act of God and continued to prayed for him.
