Nasarawa guber: Court of Appeal yet to set date for judgement-Governor Sule’s counsel

Contrary to speculations making the rounds on segment of the social media, there is no date yet fixed for Court of Appeal judgement in the appeal filed by Governor Abdullahi Sule.

Counsel to Governor Sule, Dr. Mubarak Adekilekun made the clarification on Monday.

Dr. Adekilekun said as the recipient of communication from the Court of Appeal, he is yet to receive notice indicating time and date for the judgement.

He explained that the Court of Appeal has up till the 30th of November to fix a date to deliver its judgement.
