The member representing Nasarawa Central Constituency at the Nasarawa State House of Assembly, Hon Ismail Danbaba, has named his son, Abdullahi after Gov. Abdullahi Sule. of Nasarawa State.
Danbaba gave the name during his baby boy’s naming ceremony in Nasarawa today Saturday.
He said that he named his son, Abdullahi after the Governor due to his developmental strides in all sectors in the state, his fatherly role among the people, and as his boss and mentor.
” I want to express my appreciation to my colleagues and all those who came from far and near to witness the naming ceremony of my son, Abdullahi.
” I named him after His Excellency, Gov. Abdullahi Sule due to the Governor’s efforts in developing the State and developing me personally as a person and I want him to remain in my life forever that is why I named my son after him, he is a favor to me,” Danbaba said.
” My earnest prayer is that I pray God to protect my son, give him sound health and bless him,” he said.
Danbaba has assured of his determination to ensure the proper upbringing of the child.

“By God’s grace, I will ensure his proper upbringing to enable him to become a better future leader,” he said.
He has called on the people of his constituency and the state at large to support Gov. Abdullahi Sule to succeed beyond 2023 to enjoy more dividends of democracy.
The chairman, House Committee on Water Resources and Rural Development has assured the people of his constituency of continued quality representation at the state legislature.
” I will continue to ensure quality and effective representation to provide the much-needed dividends of democracy to my people and its environs,” he added.
The lawmaker has further called on the people of his constituency to be law-abiding, respect constituted authorities, live peacefully, and tolerate one another for development to thrive.
Also speaking, Alhaji Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi, the Speaker, Nasarawa State House of Assembly congratulated Hon Danbaba over God’s blessings to his family.
Balarabe Abdullahi, who was represented by Hon Aliyu Dogara ( APC- Wamba) prayed to God to protect and give the child sound and good health.
Dr. Bala Ahmed, Tafidan Nasarawa, who is the Chairman of the occasion prayed to God to protect the child.
Alhaji Abdullahi Attagiri, Zonal Coordinator, AA Sule Support Groups, also prayed to God to bless the child.
Earlier, Mallam Ahmed Yelwa, an Islamic Cleric while conducting the naming ceremony and prayers, urged parents to ensure proper upbringing of their children in a Godly way, saying that children are special gifts from God.
It would be reported that the naming ceremony was attended by Hon Aliyu Dogara ( APC- Wamba), Hon Salihu Iyimoga ( ZLP- Doma North), Hon Abdullahi Angibi- ( APC- Lafia Central) Hon Abdulaziz Suleiman Danladi ( APC- Keffi East) Hon Mohammed Isah Bello (APC- Uke/ Karshi), Hon Mohammed Sani Ottos the Executive Chairman, Nasarawa Local Government Area, other politicians, traditional and religious leaders among other well-wishers were in attendance.
