Nasarawa Lawmaker Loses Wife, Speaker Balarabe Express Shock, Condoles Colleague And Bereave Family
Speaker, Nasarawa State House of Assembly Alh. Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi has expressed shock over the demise of Haj. Fatimah Alkali, wife of member representing Lafia North at the state Assembly Hon. Mohammed Ibrahim Alkali.
A statement by Press Secretary to the Speaker, Jibrin Gwamna quotes the Speaker Balarabe Abdullahi as describing her demise as very shocking,painful and colossal.
Balarabe Abdullahi prayed God to forgive her shortcomings and grant her paradise as final abode.
He enjoined Hon. Alkali and the entire family to see her death as an act of God and accept it with good faith just as he prayed God to console the husband and the entire family.
Haj. Fatimah Alkali, first wife of Hon. Mohammed Ibrahim Alkali member representing Lafia North at the state assembly died today Sunday at the National Hospital Abuja as a result of brief illness.
