A head the October 6, 2021 local government election in Nasarawa state, a renown politician, grassroots mobiliser and chieftain of ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, in Toto local government area of Nasarawa state, Hon. Alhaji Muhammed Garba Isimbabi alias Solution has on Monday denied allegation level against him by those he described as enemies of APC and who do not mean well for the party, he is working against the party.
Alhaji Isimbabi, who said that the unfounded rumour was all over the town and disturbing and therefore it became necessary for him to debunk it to put to shame its originators and couriers to serve as deterrent to others.
Isimbabi stated this when he hosted prominent APC leaders and stakeholders when they visited his country home on a campaign visit accompanied by APC Chairmanship, 12 councillorship candidates, former member representing Gadabuke/Gadabuke, former Toto LG Executive Chairman, former Administrator in Gadabuke and party structures in the area.
“In Toto local government area today, there is no opposition. The only opposition was with in the ruling party and that was before the Chairmanship primary election, but all that became history when a winner has emerged in person of Hon. Abdullahi Aliyu Tashas (Aquatic). ”
While addressing the mammoth crowd in Shafa-Abakpa, his home town, Honourable Isimbabi, who was a one time Chairman of the opposition party, told the gathering that he was at the event on two instances, first he was representing his boss, the FCT APC Chairman, Hon. Abdulmalik Usman and secondly he was on ground to cheer APC to victory ahead of October 6, 2021 LG election.
Affirming his support for APC, Isimbabi said the party will clear the Chairmanship and all Councillorship seats in the area.
The DG campaign for Tashas/Kwanakis, Hon. Alhaji Danlami Usman Dantsoho, commended Isimbabi for his generosity, open support and commitment towards success of the party in the area.
The APC Chairman for Toto LG, Alhaji Shuaibu Ahmed described Alhaji Isimbabi as a formidable force needed to win election in the local government area
High point of events included the presentation of APC flag to Councilorship candidate for the Shafan Abakpa ward, Hon. Ibrahim Salihu Galadima.
The campaign team earlier visited the Ohi-Emani Odumi palace for his fatherly blessing.
The campaign witnessed high turn out of electorates from the area.
