This is the observation that many analysts have made about the lawmaker representing Umaisha/Ugya Constituency in the Hallow Chamber of the Nasarawa State House of Assembly, The cheerful Personality that is Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi.
Nasarawa State is special in many ways. However, The Presence of people like Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi, people who would surrender their time and strength for their constituents, distinguish the state even further.
With Speaker Balarabe still pushing to raise the standards of life and living in Umaisha/Ugya Constituency, it is only a matter of time before the winds of progress reach the other ends of the State, bringing with them the bounty that is the Balarabe-in charge and charity.
Given the task to chart Speaker Balarabe contributions, since he began representing Umaisha/Ugya Constituency, any analyst would have to request the assistance of their associates.
This is because Balarabe could be described in two words—onerously endless.

As Speaker of the 5th and 6th Assembly , Balarabe has been very active, patriotic and functional.
Under his leadership, the NSHA has lived up to the expectation of the public to strengthen the institutions of governance and ensure diligent oversight.
The NSHA under his watched becomes a United House, well motivated to drive the formulation and implementation of policies and programmes by the Executive branch.
The Public Service guarantees political stability, economic development, and social cohesion in the polity. Under Speaker Balarabe command, the oversight function prioritizes consultation and collaboration between the agencies of the Executive branch and the State Assembly.
Speaker Balarabe commitment to legislative duty par excellence despite the distraction of politics has played a critical role in resetting Executive-Legislative relations in the state.
Under the 5th Assembly, this relationship was conflictual, and the bickering and avoidable conflicts created animosity between the two arms of Government.
But Despite the facts that Speaker Balarabe is a first timer and new in the system he was able to make the 5th Nasarawa State House of Assembly a United House and he also sustain the Tempo when he assume office for the 2nd term as Speaker 6th Assembly as such no doubt he will double his efforts when given another opportunity in the 7th Assembly.
In view of the above, RT Hon Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi is the best Man for the Job again as the captain of the Ship of the 7th Assembly because of his experience and leadership dexterity.
