Magji, made the demand in a four-page petition copied to the APC national chairman, state chairman and also the Independent National Electoral Commission, (INEC), as well as the Nasarawa state governor, Abdullahi Sule, a copy of which was made available to newsmen in Abuja, on Monday.

He said the results from the two local governments are full of infractions and discrepancies in the delegates list.

Our correspondent report that the APC primary election for Nasarawa west senatorial district was postponed twice on May 28 and 29, 2022 but was finally conducted on June 4, 2022, after Barrister Shuaibu Labaran Magaji, had earlier raised an alarm over alleged discovery of doctored delegates list from Keffi and Nasarawa local government areas.

He, however, sought for four prayers in the petition for the appeal committee to redress, even as he expressed shocked and disappointment over alleged telephone conversation between a highly placed traditional ruler and the APC chairman of Keffi LGA that the list of delegates should be in favour of his opponent, Architect Shehu Tukur.

“And I am completely astonished to see two inconsistent delegates list for Nasarawa and Keffi local government in the just concluded primary election of Nasarawa West senatorial district held on the 4th day of June 2022, particularly Nasarawa local government delegates list where two APC primary election for state house of assembly and house of representative were conducted with two different delegates list” he said in the petition.

According to him, the two inconsistent delegates list for Nasarawa and Keffi which he marked as exhibit (A1), (A2) and (B1) (B2) on the said date scheduled for the postponed APC primary election to select the senatorial candidate for Nasarawa West senatorial district held on 4th June, 2022, saying no clarification as to which of the two conflicting delegates list was to be used for the election.
