The National Chairman Grassroot Mobilizer for Buhari & Osinbajo (GMB&O)Dr Fatima Mohammed Goni, in collaboration with Minister of Women Affairs, Mrs Pauline Tallen, on Sunday, distributed palliatives to some vulnerable women in Abuja.

Dr Goni, while speaking to the newsmen during the flagg-off of distribution of the palliatives, stated that the APC led federal government has intensified effort to bring an end to criminal activities and restore peace across the country.

She said the APC administration of president Muhammadu Buhari, was relenting in its efforts towards improving the living standard of the masses, saying the wellbeing of the masses has always been one of the top most priority of the present APC administration.

According to her, the distribution of the palliatives was to assist the vulnerable women as well as the windows across the territory, even as she expressed confidence in APC administration in tackling poverty in the country.

“And it was on this premise that Mrs Pauline Tallen, the Minister of Women Affairs affairs also urged our women to sees the period of this month of Ramadan to offer sincere prayers for God in order for the nation to over come the social challenges confronting the country. ”

She further advised mother’s to raise up in prayer’s, saying the security situation was a very serious one that should be of concern to every citizen, saying only prayers can stem the tight when women pray out to God.

Also speaking, the Minister of women affairs, Mrs Pauline Tallen, who flagg-off the distribution of the palliatives, said the gesture was to eased the hardship of the vulnerable women in the FCT, and to enable them prepare for the Sallah celebration.
