….Urges Nigerians to begin the new year with prayers and supplications.
The Executive Chairman Toto local government area of Nasarawa State, Hon. Aliyu Abdullahi Tashas has congratulated the people of Toto LG, Nasarawa populace and Nigeria at large for witnessing yet another brand new year in sound health and prosperity.
Hon. Tashas also called on Nigerians to see the year 2023 as a year of hope and peaceful coexistence with one another.
In his new year message issued on Sunday, 1st January, 2023 by his Senior Special Assistant, SSA, Media & Communications, Yahaya Idris, congratulated and extend his greetings to the people Toto, State and Nigeria at large.
The Chairman also appreciated the State Governor, Engineer Abdullahin Sule for his commitment to socioeconomic development of Toto LG ranging from education, security, road construction, rural electrification project and other infrastructure.
He assured Governor Sule of his administration relentless effort towards providing dividends to the people inline with his administration’s cardinal principle which is the people first.o
The council boss noted that with the upcoming 2023 election the people of Toto have decided to work collectively in ensuring he is voted back to consolidate on already achieved or provided dividends.
The Toto LG Chief Security officer, equally congratulated the Speaker, Nasarawa State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullah and member representing Umaisha/Ugya state constituency for showing capacity and leadership dexterity over the years.
While expressing optimism that there is light in the tunnel, adding that the nation needs to begin the year with prayers and supplications for more commitment and sustenance of achievements made in the previous years and in the New year.
“I call on all of us and my people of Toto to continue to offer prayers for our nation and our leaders; and to be hopeful that the year 2023 will usher in peace as we continue to improve the living condition of our people.”
“I hereby wish every Nigerian a peaceful and prosperous New Year as we continue to pray and support Governor Sule’s administration and policies in making the State like no other.”
He then, wish Nigeria a happy new year and be more active in politics to elect all the candidates of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in 2023 election.
