The Edo State Governor, Mr. Godwin Obaseki, has felicitated with his deputy, Rt. Hon. Comrade Philip Shaibu on his 51st birthday.
Obaseki, in a statement, hailed the deputy governor for his unalloyed loyalty to Edo people and unwavering commitment to the vision of making Edo great again.
