The Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Delta State Chapter, Olorogun Barr Kingsley Esiso, has Congratulated the Executive Assistant on Communication to Delta State Governor, Olorogun Barr. Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe, describing him as a Resourceful Personality in the world of Communications Management.

Esiso’s assertion was contained in his Congratulatory message to Barrister Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe on the occasion of his birthday anniversary celebration on Tuesday May 16 and made available to newsmen in Asaba.

He expressed satisfaction over the excellent performance of the celebrant while discharging his assigned responsibility as the official spokesperson of Delta State PDP Campaign Council for 2023 general elections, staying that Oghenesivbe has distinguished himself as a disciplined professional in Crisis Communication Management in complex electioneering campaigns.
