The Vice chairman of Olamaboro local government of Kogi state, Hon. Mrs. Aishat Blessing Ekele has congratulated Governor Yahaya Bello, as he clocked 47 years old on earth, describing him as a light and inspirational leader of this generation.
Hon. Ekele dropped this hints in Lokoja on Saturday in a statement to journalists, saying that Governor Bello remains a dogged and resilient youth who consistently roll on despite the odds of the times, saying, he symbolised an Apostle of paradigm shift to a fault in order to better the life of all.
“His Excellency, Alhaji Yahaya Bello, the Governor of kogi state is one high-flying political colossus of our generation that has written his name in gold, in the annal of Kogi political history.
“He has taken the bull by its horn by his lofty policies in the corridor of power which has institutionalized infrastructural and human development for the ships of the state to move on the fasted pedestal to greatness.
“That has accounted why enough women and youths are in his government today “, she said.
The chieftain of All Progressive Congress (APC), who was Kogi state women leader of Governor Yahaya Bello’s campaign organisation in the just concluded presidential primary election of the party stated that he has raised the bar of leadership to enviable height that generations yet unborn must have to learn from his mastery of leadership to succeed.
“Governor Yahaya Bello’s principle of inclusiveness in act of governance has given a voice to the women, including the youths who were relegated to the background by the previous administrations in the state.
“I pray for his long life and for God to use him to finish his projects for the people of the state, particularly the female folks in the society, as he attained the age of 47 years old, she said.
