PDP Primary: Saraki Appeals For Support from Kogi delegates.

Former President of the Senate, Dr. Bukola Saraki, has appealed to Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) delegates to the forth coming national convention to give him the needed support and and vote him as the party flag bearer for 2023 presidential election.

Senator Saraki who is one of Frontline aspirants for President in leading opposition party, lamented that the North Central geopolitical zone has never been democratically elected, despite several national political heavy weights that hailed from the zone.

He mentioned prominent politicians from the zone to include, the late Joseph Tarka, Sunday Awoniyi, Silas Daniyan, Chief Solomon Larand of course his late father Dr. Olusola Saraki among others
who attempted to lead the country.

The Aspirant, who described himself as the bridge between the North and South, between the youths and the elders, promised to make Nigeria great again by stopping the unnecessary loans, pointing out that it is wrong to take loans to service consumables.

On the economic prospects of the North Central geopolitical zone, Senator Saraki said he would boost mining activities to increase the wealth of the people which will raise the Gross Domestic Product of the nation.

 

Saraki observed with serious concern the lingering and fast growing insecurity, unemployment and huger explained that with his credentials as two term Governor and Senator and in process became Senate President, the Aspirant , assured that if elected the lives of Nigerians and the problems that further thrown the country into a debtor and poverty-stricken nation will be addressed
