Alhaji Yusuf Mamman Dantalle, the current National Chairman of ALLied People’s Movement, APM, one of the 16 political parties that will be gunning for the 2023 general elections in Nigeria, before his election and transmutation to it Presidential candidate for the next year’s general elections.
Alhaji Dantalle also contested for the President of Nigeria in the 2019 general elections that produced President Muhammadu Buhari of All Progressives Congress APC for a second term in office.
A grassroot politician and political juggernaut, Dantalle joined politics since the return to democracy in 1999 and had distinct outing that had not only strengthened democratic practice in the current dispensation, but created a veritable opposition, the bane of a sane democratic practice world over.
With a multiple family background and exposure along with indepth experience in businesses, conglomerates and the he was born into the family of late Alhaji Mamman Dantalle, a famous enterpreneur/enterprise and business man on the 25th October, 1971, with ancestral origin from
Kumurya Town, Bunkure Local Government Area, Kano State.
The late father had at one time or the other was a representative and overseer of John Holt company and it’s activities, as well as other indigenous and nationalized companies, and rose to a major shareholder during the indigenization policy in Nigeria.
The Patriarch’s thriving businesses/ interest spread across the old Northern states, a feat he later took over after the demise of his later father and transformed to Dantelle Oil Mills Nigeria Ltd after delving into mass production of oil palm, having bought over of the only gigantic oil mill factory from the colonial masters located in Anyigba in the then Benue, Kwara and now Kogi state.
Dantalle at one time or the other contested to be President of Nigeria in 2019, He is the pioneer APM National Chairman till date, he was also the governorship candidate of APM in the 2019 election in Kogi state, with remarkable performance towards winning the election.
Before then, he was also the Deputy Governorship candidate of Labour party, LP in the 2015 election in Kogi state.
A member presidential committee on Global Gap Standard 2014, National Secretary National Palm Produce Association NPPAN 2012-2021 and member NPPAN 2021.
Alhaji Dantalle is the current National Secretary, Inter Party Advisory Council (IPAC) from 2020 till date
A Nationalist who is assiduously committed to a better Nigeria, believer in particularism against universalism, his exposure and experiences spread across the length and breadth of Nigeria and outside the shores of the country .
The APM Presidential candidate had a thriving companies with successful businesses in oil and gas trading in oil, and water, contracts, farming in oil palm within and across Nigeria.
He is the Chairman and chief executive of Dantalle oil palms mill, located in Anyigba, Kogi state as well as Dantelle and co Ltd, a petroleum firm.
He own a larger interest in Dantalle waters Ltd in Anyigba with coverage areas spread across Lokoja, the state capital and the Federal capital territory, Abuja.
His wealth of experience and exposure had contributed in no small measure to the successes recorded in all his endeavors and initiatives both in his private, public and politics
A well schooled personalty having studied both at home and abroad graduated in Sociology from the famous Bayero University Kano in 2003, and had his school certificate from Community Secondary Commercial College CSCC
Anyigba in Kogi state in 1987.
He had work experience having served with Nigerian Investment Promotion Commission NIPC in 2005, among many other private endeavors.
A mechanised and subsistent farmer in specialized farm of oil palm, Alhaji Yusuf Mamman Dantalle served as the general secretary, the National Palm Produce Association of Nigeria NPPAN, and nurtured the association to fruition that guaranteed the large production of palm oil both in for Nigeria’s local markets and for exportation.
His second coming and insistence on the leadership of Nigeria are geared toward changing the trend of governance in the country.
