Globaltimesnigeria.com reports that a former Minister of State for Education and a former National President of Association of Nigerian Authors (ANA), Prof. Jerry Agada is dead.
According to report obtained online said Agada died about 8:00 am on Tuesday at the Federal Medical Centre In Makurdi, Benue state following a brief illness.
He died after being hospitalised for over one week.
Agada died at the age of 68 until his demise, he formerly served as Chairman of Benue State Civil Service Commission.
However, the ailment that took his life was not disclose public at the time of filing this report.
According to source who didn’t want his name in print confirmed the death adding that only members of his immediate family could speak any further on the matter.
