Speaking in an interview with our correspondent on Monday, The Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in the area, Alhaji Shuaibu Ahmed alias Katuka applauded the concerted efforts of Hon. Aliyu Abdullahi Tashas, Executive Chairman of Toto Local Government towards addressing some compounded problems he met and in areas of socioeconomic activities.
The party chieftain who doubles as Senior Special Assistant, SSA, to the Executive Chairman on Special Duties said the people of Toto LG including himself should glory for giving the finest brains like Tashas and who is ever ready to give his best for the betterment of their land.
According to him, the ongoing administration of Hon. Tashas is centered on trust, sincerity of purpose, and above all nobility.
“Let me tell you some of his leadership qualities, he listens to advise not minding your position or where you come from, all he wanted is to see the council moving to the next level and better he met it.”

Speaking on the 2023 election, the Toto LG APC Chairman noted that the party has no rival owing to progress made so far compared to other parties that had served.
He commended the two lawmakers from the area, the Speaker of the Nasarawa State House of Assembly, and a member representing Umaisha/Ugya Constituency, Rt. Hon. Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi and members representing Toto/Gadabuke Constituency for their various contributions to the area.
He described their leadership as historic and best hands for the people of the Toto LG.
He, therefore, urged the people of the area to rally support for the two leaders, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Abdullahi Sule to win their second term bid in 2023.
