In what many tagged will be an impossible mission on the new leadership in Toto LG, placing their arguments that it would all go same way. But the new leadership under the humane leadership of Hon. Aliyu Abdullahi Tashas has proven them wrong to say ‘we have something different to offer’.

Hon. Ahmad Abdul’aziz Babalauya, the councilor representing Toto ward in the Toto local government area council secretariat has made historic in an unprecedented effort to tackle poverty and youths restiveness.
Ahmad Abdul’aziz Babalauya is an Origin of Adadu community, Toto ward of Toto local government area of Nasarawa State vowed to change the narrative by bringing in some youths who have contributed immensely or have something tangible to offer their people hence bringing them into his new administration in the area.

In a telephone interview with Global Times Nigeria’s correspondent, Yahaya Idris Toto, Hon. Ahmad Abdul’aziz says asides his plans tackling poverty, minimizing youths restiveness and creating job he has taken a major steps emulate the leadership qualities of his political leader and Speaker, Nasarawa State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi (Walin Opanda) and member representing Umaisha/Ugya constituency and Hon. Usman Labaran Shafa, member representing Toto/Gadabuke constituency to enable them continue providing leadership to the people of the area.
According to the council lawmaker, Alhaji Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi has sincerely supported the youths of Toto local government to emerged in various offices and in different capacities and the only way to appreciate him is to give back to the society.
“I am doing this to reduced the pressure mounted him and other stakeholders from my host community. The Speaker is a leader blessed with vast wisdom. He is always talking on how to add to the development of Toto in addition to what he has done so far. “
He said the appointments cut across nooks and crannies of Toto ward and with representatives from the party and women groups among others.
Ahmad Abdul’azeez Adadu went further to names the following persons as his aides which include:

2. Idris Abubakar S A. Special Duties
3. Usman Hassan Rahmat
SSA Woman Affairs.
4. Abdulwahab Idris

While congratulating the new appointees, he charge them to bring in their wealth experiences to bear in discharge of their duties.
He call on the good people of Toto LG to give their all support, solidarity and prayers to present administration led Engineer Abdullahi A. Sule, Executive Governor of Nasarawa State, Rt. Hon. Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi, Speaker Nasarawa State House of Assembly and Chairman Toto LGC, Hon. Aliyu Abdullahi Tashas and every other Stakeholders in the area.
The Toto ward councilor also doubles as Chairman Committee on Revenue/ Mobilization and he is the youngest councilor in Nasarawa State.
Global Times Nigeria report that Saturday has been slated for their official swearing and the event will hold in the council secretariat.
