The Federal Housing Authority FHA is poised to provide more conducive office accommodation to staffers to address paucity of office in the agency.
The Managing Director/CEO Federal Housing Authority, Senator Gbenga Ashafa made this disclosure on Thursday when the new Minister of State Works and Housing, Alhaji Umar El-Yakubu came on inspection of the new permanent site located at the Central Business District CBD area.
The 6,000 12 story building is expected to commence work as soon the PPP arrangements is concluded including advisory roles by ICRC.
The Managing Director says it is the determination of the agency to commence road shows to attract both local and foreign investors to key into the construction of the gigantic edifice.
The Minister promised to weigh all options given the prevailing situations, reality on the ground, and the need to provide conducive accommodation.
The 12 story building according to the Minster must conform with the allocation papers, design and model of the building in accordance with the current desire of FHA. El -Yakubu said.
