Xmas: Abia APC Guber candidate, Uche Ogah doles out welfare packages to state leadership, teeming members

The Abia State Gubernatorial Candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for the 2023 general elections, Dr Uchechukwu Sampson Ogah, has donated a brand new 18-seater bus to the State Chapter of the APC, and rolled out 200 bags of rice to state executive officers of the party.

He also showered an extra-ordinary Christmas package by rolling out cashs to executive officers of the APC in the state.

While addressing the Abia state executive members of the All Progressives Congress which took place at the state party secretariat located at Item street Umuahia, the state capital, Dr Ogah thanked God for the tremendous and laudable strides and progress recorded by the party and, as well as sustaining the unity existing among members of the state executive of the party in the state.

In a statement on Thursday by the State Publicity secretary, Hon Chief Offor Okorie, issued to newsmen in umuahia, the Abia state capital, the Doyen of Abia Rejoice and the immediate past Minister of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, reiterated his steady and unwavering supports to deepen electoral successes, and further enhanced unprecedented growths and development of the state chapter of the APC, praying God to sustain, guide and protect all the APC members throughout the Christmas period. Dr. Ogah promise to extend the same gesture to all the wards in the State.

In the same vein, some party leaders and members belonging to Kingsley Ononogbu-led factional leadership of the All Progressives Congress in Abia state and loyal to factional Governorship candidate of the party in the state and the former Pro-chancellor and the chairman of the Governing board council of the University of Nigeria Nsukka in Enugu state, Mr Ikechi Emenike, during the concluded enlarged Abia APC state executive members meeting with the main Gubernatorial candidate of the party in the state for the next year’s general elections, Dr Uche Sampson Ogah, pledged their ultimate loyalty and support for emergence of the emergence of Dr Ogah as next Abia governor in the coming 2023 elections in Abia state.

Speaking on behalf of the returnees cum party members, Chief Emeka Eze expressed gratitude to God for making this day a reality and thanked the leaderships of the Abia chapter of the All Progressives Congress for reabsorbing them into its fold in the State.

He further prayed for God to give Dr Uchechukwu Sampson Ogah success in everything he does, and for God to put all his detractors to shame over current intra party squabbles in Abia state.

He assured the people of the state Ogah’s administration when supported to be elected in next year’s general elections will address the myriads of challenges facing Abia and restore the state on the right path of genuine economic growth and Infrastructural development for good of the Abians, adding “Ogah as the Governor of Abia state in 2023, the people will rejoice”.
