He said the recipient has also been identifying with the youth not only within the FCT but across some parts of the country, which he said has boosted the morale of the youth to engage in skill acquisition and other programs to impact their lives.
He described the Special Assistant on youth matters to the minister as an asset to the Nigerian youths, adding that he is also a detribalized youth who has distinguished himself by adding value to Nigerian youths without prejudice.
Adodo commended the minister’s aide for setting up the FCT Youth Network, saying such a platform will foster peace and unity and also serve as an avenue for the youth in FCT to speak with one voice.
Responding, the special assistant on youth matters to the FCT minister, Commandant Isaac David, appreciated the national leadership of the NYCN for finding him worthy to confer such an award of recognition on him.

David, who is also the executive director of the Original Inhabitants Youth Empowerment Organization (AIOIYEO) /FCT Youth Network, admonished Nigerian youths to remain an instrument of peace and development.
He further advised the youth to shun any form of social vices that might plunge FCT and Nigeria into social instability, even as he urged the federal government to establish the Youth Development Commission(YDC), which he said would galvanize the activities of youths in Nigeria that will enhance them as future leaders.
