He described the former governor as a detribalized nigerian citizen who has built bridges across all party boards and ethnic nationalities in Nigeria federation, confiding that under Senator Orji Kalu’s watch when elected as the President of the senate, will restore unity among Nigerian people and set the nation on the path of growth, development and progress.

The frontline party chieftain partly stated: “As a senator of the federal republic of Nigeria, the former Abia governor possessed sterling leadership qualities which he had demonstrated through presentation of peoples-oriented bills, motions, impactful lawmaking and oversight functions; which have ceaselessly engendered economic growth and infrastructural facelifts in many local communities in Abia north senatorial zone.

“Kalu has shown leadership acumen, charisma, dodgedness, determination, consistency and resoluteness in his uncommon services to God and humanity. Then, as a state governor between 1999 to 2007, Dr Orji Uzor kalu singularly laid the existing solid foundation for Abia’s development; and as well as, paved way for other successive administrations to consolidate in numerous giant developmental strides.

“Also, there’s no gainsaying the fact that Senator Orji Kalu is presently rated as being a one hundred percent qualified, to administer and preside affairs of the red legislative chamber of the yet-to-be inaugurated 10th leadership of the national assembly for a tenure of four years in office.

“Senator kaluhas the contacts and wherewithal to unite and hold Nigeria together. You know, the position of president of the senate is a revered and respected one that require someone, or a person with the needed capacity, ability, requisite competence and expertises to complement the efforts of the incoming executive arm of government in consolidating most of the laudable gains recorded by the outgoing President of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari.

“He is respected across the country. And had equally distinguished himself as a detribalized nigerian. He speaks igbo, yoruba and hausa dialects. He is best known as grassroots leader who believed in unity of Nigeria; and one who also have a strong belief in proper dispensation of dividends of democracy to the people.

“And as a man that believe in unity of this country. There’s nothing he cannot do to unite this country and ensure Nigeria is recovered, restored and united as one indivisible entity or community, wherein, its citizens are given access to enjoy basic social and Infrastructural amenities so as to make lives easier for them.

“Summarily, orji uzor kalu equally believed in team playing devoid of ethnic sentiment, political affiliations, and religious background. So, i think, he is most qualified for the plum job”.
