2023: APC set to Conquer Kogi Western Senatorial District, Inaugurates Campaign Council.

IDRIS AHMED, LOKOJA.

Kogi state Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello, has cautioned the Stakeholders and the entire members of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Kogi West Senatorial District to avoid anti-party activities for the party to win the 2023 general election.

The Governor, gave the charge during the inauguration of the party’s Presidential Campaign Council in Kabba the headquarters of Kogi West Senatorial district.

Bello charged the APC leaders, Youths and Women, as well as persons with Disability to mobilise and deliver overwhelmingly for the Presidential Candidate and for all its candidates.

He assured that Kogi West being one of the strongest holds of the APC, would benefit from the ruling APC both at the state and federal levels.

Governor. Bello who was represented by his Chief of Staff Pharm. Abdulkareem Jamiu Asuku, said the party is committed to making lives meaningful for the people.

He pointed out that as the APC iis presenting credible candidates, there would be no need for anti party activities, kicked against a repeat of the loss the party suffered in last House of Representatives election in the zone.

He urged the APC members to be united, and committed to ideals of the party as campaign council is led by tested and trusted men.

The Governor urged the people of Kogi West Senatorial District to vote for Ahmed Tinubu as the next President, pointing out that the State stands to benefit more if elected.

Earlier in his remarks, the APC Flag-bearer for Kogi West Senatorial District, Hon. Sunday Karimi, assured that all hands will be on deck come February, as no stone will be left unturned in ensuring that the APC win all seats from the Presidential to all the other seats.

In his remarks, the Director General, Chief David Shola Aiyedogbon, hinted that APC will surprise and shock the opposition political parties, adding that reconciliation that would lead to an overwhelming victory for the APC has begun.

The Campaign Council Director General, says there will be no room for bargaining with candidates other than those of the APC, assured of victory for the eleven APC Flag bearers from Kogi West in the coming election.

Speaking in the same vain, Hon. Salihu Akawu Salihu, Chairman of the Kogi West Senatorial District APC Presidential Campaign Council, charged members to work as a team delivering the APC Flag bearers.
