2023: NNPP vows to take power in Kogi, As Communities sponsor aspirants.

The New Nigerian People’s Party ( NNPP) has vowed to wrestle power from the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kogi State.

Kogi State Chairman of the party, Alhaji Ahmadu Abdullahi Usman, who barred his mind in an interview with Journalists on Wednesday in Lokoja, the State capital, insisted that those who ruled without the interest of the common man at heart will be flushed out out in the 2023 general election.

He said that the defeat of the ruling party in Nigeria is imminent, as many Nigerians feel unsafe, hungry, helpless, and stranded.

Alhaji Usman, popularly called Angulu Hukuma, condemned the excessive use of the money during elections by the ruling party, pointing out that such obnoxious actions are insults to the collective sensibilities of Nigerians.

” They use the money to buy the conscience of Nigerians because they see them as fools who have no sense of reasoning”. Alhaji Usman maintained.

He revealed that as a mark of victory for the party, Aspirants on the platform of the party are being sponsored by their communities.

” Communities sponsor intelligent and well educated young men and women to contest elections for various categories, National and State Assemblies on the platform of our party NNPP “.

The state Chairman of the NNPP disclosed that the party collected the lowest amount for the nomination and declaration of interest forms.

He, therefore, advised the people of Kogi State to believe in themselves and disregard all the selfish leaders who care for themselves and their families only.

Alhaji Usman explained that the Kwankwasiya ideology is the guiding principle of the party which is a consideration for the welfare of the people.

Meanwhile, the party has successfully screened its aspirants and therefore set to conduct primates.
