God is always with the righteous, Toto LG Chairman, Tashas celebrates former NSHA Speaker Balarabe on his inauguration as Chairman governing council, Fed. Poly Damaturu
Praising President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for considering Rt. Honourable Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi to lead one of the tertiary institutions in the country is indeed a call to national service. This and more were words of Executive Chairman Toto local government area, Honourable Aliyu Abdullahi Tashas who led legislative arm, APC structure and people of Toto local government to the National Universities Commission, NUC, venue of inaugurations of Chairmen and other members of the council held today being 4th July 2024.
Hon Aliyu Tashas who expressed gratitude to God for what he has done for his friend, boss and brother, noting that he will do his best to justify the confidence repose in him by the President and Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces Federal Republic of Nigeria, Alhaji Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The council boss spoke at a reception organized in honor of the former Speaker and now Chairman governing council, Feder Polytechnic Damaturu, Yobe State, and thanked the incumbent Speaker, Rt. Hon Danladi Jatau, Hon Aliyu Tijani Ahmed, Federal Commissioner / Chief Executive Officer of the National Commission for Refugees, Migrants, and Internally Displaced Persons (NCFRMI), Hon Mohammed Yarima Al-Basheer, Former House of Representatives aspirant for Nasarawa/Toto Federal Constituency, serving lawmakers, LG chairmen, Vice chairmen, councilors, former LG chairmen and serving chairmen among others.
Hon Tashas also extended his appreciation to the Executive Governor of Nasarawa State, Engineer Abdullahi Sule for his support and benevolence towards the former Speaker especially during the struggle for his third term speakership, describing the governor as not only a hero but a good personal friend of Balarabe.
